How to make chocolates at home. Step by step with some vedio clips. Ingredients & Process: COCOA POWDER- 3/4 CUP SUGAR POWDER- 1 CUP MILK POWDER- 3/4 CUP OIL- 3/4 CUP WATER METHODS: 1.Sieve Cocoa Powder, powder sugar,milk powder in batches. 2.Mix nicely.  3.Boil water in a pan.Keep a big bowl on it.Make sure water doesn't touch  to bottom of the bowl. 4.Gas flame should be on low.Add oil and allow to hot. 5.Add chocolate mixture. Mix on low flame. 6.Tun off the gas flame.  7.Transfer in a  small cup. 8.Fill all the chocolate mould with chocolate mixture.  9.Stretch mould to remove air bubbles and clean the excess chocolate mixture. 10.Keep in fridge for 2 to3 hours. 11.After 3 hours Demould the chocolates.  12.Yummy homemade chocolates are ready. For Video recipe Ingredients: Moong dal - 250 Gram Cumin seeds - 1 Tsp Red dry chillies- 2 to 3 Asafoetida- 1/4 Tsp Curry leaves Cloves - 3 Onion - 2 Large Salt to taste Red chilli Powder- 1.5 Tsp Coriander Powder- 1Tsp Cumin Powder- 1Tsp Tomato - 2 Large Water 3 Cup Garam Masala- 1/2 Tsp Ghee - 1Tsp Coriander leaves for garnish How to make 1..Take  green moong dal washed and soaked in water for 6 to 7 hours. 2.Put the soaked moong dal in pressure cooker to boil.Add sufficient water,salt 1 Tsp and Turmeric powder 1/2 Tsp mix it well and close the lid of pressure cooker,cook until a single whistle. 3.After a whistle turn off the gas flame. 4.Boiled Moong dal is ready. 5.To make Tempering ,pour 3 tbsp oil in the pan to heat. 6.Now add Cumin seeds, Asafoetida, red dry chillies and curry leaves .Mix it well. 7.Add onions and add salt .Stir it and fry it for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame. 8.Add ginger garlic paste and fry it for 1/2 minutes...
