Ingredients: Rava/Semolina|Sooji - 2 cups Ghee Sugar - 2 Cups Cashew nuts Raisins Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tbsp Milk - 1/4 Cup Method : 1. In a pan,heat some ghee and roast a few cashew,Raisins and saute  for another minute until raisins puffed. 2. Now add Rava and little more ghee on top. 3.Roast until it turns golden brown in colour and has a nice aroma,this should take 5-6 minutes. 4.Add Coconut ,Cardamom powder and roast stirring continuously for about 3 more minutes. 5.Add sugar and mix it well. 6.Turn of flame. 7.Cool it down a bit. 8.Mix the sugar and semolina and add melted ghee and required amount  of milk and start combining it together. 9.Take about 2 tsp mixture into hand. 10.Press firmly and make round balls. 11.Your Rava laddu is ready๐Ÿฝ Thanks for w...
