How to make easy & spicy pumpkin recipe YouTube:shetty'spassion  Twitter:shettyspassion Instragram: shettyspassion Ingredients: Pumpkin: 250 gram Tamarind: 1 small size Onion : 2 Curry Leaves Green chillies- 2 to 3 Garlic 3 to 4 Red dry chillies: 2 Coriander Powder- 1 Tsp Red chilli Powder- 2 Tsp Coriander Powder-1Tsp Turmeric Powder- 1/2 Tsp Salt to taste Water Tomatoe puree- 1 Nos tomatoe Kasuri Methi-1Tbsp Methods: Soak Tamarind in 1 cup water and keep aside for 10 min. 1.Heat a pressure cooker, add soaked Tamarind water ,Pumkin ,salt and Turmeric and add 1 cup water. 2.Cook for one whistle. 3.In another side heat a pan,add oil & chopped onion,curry leaves, garlic,green chillies, red dry chillies and saute until onions turn golden colour. 4.Reduce the gas flame add masala. 5.Red chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, turmeric powder and salt & saute untill the raw smells goes. 6.Then add Tomato puree and mix it well & add 2...

For Video recipe Ingredients: Moong dal - 250 Gram Cumin seeds - 1 Tsp Red dry chillies- 2 to 3 Asafoetida- 1/4 Tsp Curry leaves Cloves - 3 Onion - 2 Large Salt to taste Red chilli Powder- 1.5 Tsp Coriander Powder- 1Tsp Cumin Powder- 1Tsp Tomato - 2 Large Water 3 Cup Garam Masala- 1/2 Tsp Ghee - 1Tsp Coriander leaves for garnish How to make 1..Take  green moong dal washed and soaked in water for 6 to 7 hours. 2.Put the soaked moong dal in pressure cooker to boil.Add sufficient water,salt 1 Tsp and Turmeric powder 1/2 Tsp mix it well and close the lid of pressure cooker,cook until a single whistle. 3.After a whistle turn off the gas flame. 4.Boiled Moong dal is ready. 5.To make Tempering ,pour 3 tbsp oil in the pan to heat. 6.Now add Cumin seeds, Asafoetida, red dry chillies and curry leaves .Mix it well. 7.Add onions and add salt .Stir it and fry it for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame. 8.Add ginger garlic paste and fry it for 1/2 minutes...
