How to make yummy Kesari bhaat recipe.

Sheera can be prepared in many different ways.
Use fine Rava while preparing Sheera.

2.Now add Raisins and Cashews & roast it well & take out from pan.
2.Now take a pan add 2 Tbsp ghee,make sure that the heat is not very high medium heat and to this add 1 cup of semolina dry roast on low heat till the semolina is fragrant & it turns golden brown in colour.
3.Take out from the pan.
4.Now in same pan add water for 1 cup Rava add 2 Cups of water & boil it.
5.Add roasted Rava and mix it well.
6.Once Rava absorbs all the water add 1 1/4 cup of sugar and mix it well.
7.Once sugar melted nicely add food colour (1/2 Tsp colour + little water).Mix it well.
8.Add 2 Tsp Ghee and mix it.
9.Now add Cardamom powder & mix it well.
10.Add roasted dry fruits and mix it & turn off the gas flame.
YUMMY SHEERA IS READY TO SERVE 😋
