Brown BREAD RASMALAI 

A sweet savoury during a festive season is a must in every household. These are those special days when we get to taste and enjoy these dishes without any resistance. And one of the sweet delicacies that is really popular among the Indians is a  Indian sweet called Rasmalai. So, we tried to attempt making a dish that is a small variation 



Ingredients

Brown/White Bread slices - 4 no
Milk - 1Ltr
Saffron : 4 to 5
Sugar - 3 to 4 tbsp.
Crushed Almonds: 1/2 Cup
Cardamom powder: 3/4 Tsp

How to Make:

Rasmalai 

●Place a large sauce pan on the stove and pour 2 cups of Milk in it.

● Once milk  starts boiling, reduce the flame to low

● Stir it 

● Boil the milk on low flame  till it reduces to half of it original quantity. 

● Keep stirring in between 

● Add Saffron 




● Add Sugar (according to your taste)and add Cardamom Powder abd Continue stirring until the milk has thickened.

● Once the milk has thickened, add chopped almonds. Keep stirring it.

● You may let it stay on the stove for a few more minutes while continuously stirring if you want your Rasmalai to be thicker. Once the Rasmalai has cooled down to a room temperature, keep it in the refrigerator.

●Bread Rasmalai

■Place the bread slices on a plate and cut them into round shape with the help of steel glass or any cookies cutter. 







Pour the chilled Rasmalai into  the bread slices. Make sure the bread is completely covered.



Delicious easy Bread Rasmalai ready in minutes. Serve it chilled.
