For Video recipe Ingredients: Moong dal - 250 Gram Cumin seeds - 1 Tsp Red dry chillies- 2 to 3 Asafoetida- 1/4 Tsp Curry leaves Cloves - 3 Onion - 2 Large Salt to taste Red chilli Powder- 1.5 Tsp Coriander Powder- 1Tsp Cumin Powder- 1Tsp Tomato - 2 Large Water 3 Cup Garam Masala- 1/2 Tsp Ghee - 1Tsp Coriander leaves for garnish How to make 1..Take  green moong dal washed and soaked in water for 6 to 7 hours. 2.Put the soaked moong dal in pressure cooker to boil.Add sufficient water,salt 1 Tsp and Turmeric powder 1/2 Tsp mix it well and close the lid of pressure cooker,cook until a single whistle. 3.After a whistle turn off the gas flame. 4.Boiled Moong dal is ready. 5.To make Tempering ,pour 3 tbsp oil in the pan to heat. 6.Now add Cumin seeds, Asafoetida, red dry chillies and curry leaves .Mix it well. 7.Add onions and add salt .Stir it and fry it for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame. 8.Add ginger garlic paste and fry it for 1/2 minutes...

Ingredients: Rava/Semolina|Sooji - 2 cups Ghee Sugar - 2 Cups Cashew nuts Raisins Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tbsp Milk - 1/4 Cup Method : 1. In a pan,heat some ghee and roast a few cashew,Raisins and saute  for another minute until raisins puffed. 2.
