Ingredients
for Liquid dough paratha:
Egg : 4
Salt : 1/2 Tsp
Milk : 2 Cup
Oil :1 Tsp
All purpose flour : 1 Cup
Ajwain : 1/2 Tsp
Black pepper powder : 1 tsp
Instructions
Procedure for liquid paratha
1. Take a bowl, add 4 eggs,1/2 tsp salt, milk 2 cup, oil 1 tsp ,All purpose flour 1 cup, Ajwain 1/2 Tsp and black pepper powder 1 Tsp then mix it once.
2. Make a smooth batter without lumps
3. Add a spoon of oil and combine it well
4. Check the consistency of batter, it should be like dosa batter
5.Liquid batter is ready
6.Cook the parathas : Heat the tawa on medium flame and add a few drops of oil.
7.Pour the paratha mixture on the tawa and cook from both side .Cook until golden brown.
8. Now serve the paratha with some curd or pickle.

Recipe Notes
1. Make sure the batter has no lumps
2. Do not make the batter too runny, if it is so, add some All purpose flour, consistency should be like Dosa batter.
3. After pouring batter on the pan, wait for a minute, let it dry, and then flip another side
4.When the brown spots appear on the paratha means it is cooked properly.
