BESAN LADOO RECIPE I HOW TO MAKE BESAN LADOO
Ladoos are one of the best Mithai’s during Diwali Times. Whether it is Besan ka Ladoo or Dry Fruit Ladoo, Diwali is just incomplete without them. So, today I am sharing my mother’s recipe of Besan Ladoo. It is a full proof recipe if you follow the tips as well as the recipe well.

Besan means gram flour in Hindi and Ladoo are ball-shaped sweet treats
This is one Indian sweet. These are easy to make with just a handful of ingredients.
This is the easiest Besan Ladoo recipe, compared to other
Ladoo recipes. Besan Ladoos require minimal ingredients. Their main flavor comes from the roasted flour.
HOW
TO STORE BESAN LADOO?
You can store the Ladoos in an air-tight container and keep them in the refrigerator or freezer. You
can store it in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. It can also be stored in
the freezer for 1-2 months. When re-using just defrost it overnight and
warm in the microwave for 10-15 seconds and enjoy.
Steps ….
1.Heat a very heavy bottomed pan. Add ghee to it.
2. Now add the Gram flour or Besan. Ensure that the gas is on slow.
3.Now keep roasting the flour on a slow flame until a nice aroma starts to set in
4.Continue roasting the flour until it reaches a nice golden color.
5.Don’t stop stirring the flour, keep going continuously.
6.After about 25-30 minutes, the ghee will start oozing over the Besan and it is in a semi-liquid state.
7.This is the stage when the Besan has cooked completely.

Eat
these Ladoos any time as a nutritious sweet treat.
