- 2 Boiled Eggs & Grate it
- Cooking oil
- Bay Leaf: 1
- Cumin seeds: 1Tsp
- Dry red chilli: 1
- 2 Large Onions-finely chopped
- 1-tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- Salt to taste
- 3 Medium size Tomatoes-finely chopped
- 2 Green Chilies
- 1/2-tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1-tsp Kashmiri red Chili Powder
- 1-tsp dry Coriander Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 Cup water
- 1Tsp crushed Kasuri Methi
- 2-3 tbsp fresh Coriander leaves-finely chopped
INSTRUCTIONS:
▪︎Now add dry Spices-Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder. Add dry Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder and mix it well and cook for 30 seconds .
▪︎add half glass water for cook tomatoes.
▪︎Now cover the pan and cook tomatoes on reduced heat.
▪︎Tomatoes become soft in 5 mins. Now add crushed Kasuri Methi and mix it well.
▪︎We have used only basic spices in this recipe.
▪︎Now, we will grate boiled eggs and add to the gravy. Grate with medium sized holes.
▪︎Mix the grated eggs.
▪︎ Cook for 30 seconds.
▪︎Now add chopped Coriander leaves and mix. Remove from heat.
