● Anda keema  is a spicy and healthy egg curry recipe that tastes delicious with bread or pav. It is incredibly easy and delicious ready in just 15 to 20 minutes. Eggs cooked up beautifully in aromatic Indian spices, such a simple yet delightful dish!  One of my favourite egg recipes ever!

● Eggs are incredible in taste and nutrition, a significant source of high quality proteins and minerals. 

● Anda Keema is indeed a delicious option for anyone (read bachelors) who are low on budget and are seeking for a low-cost filling option for satisfying their late evening hunger pangs.

● Make this delicious meal for your family for your weekend lunch or dinner and serve it hot with some roasted Pav.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Boiled Eggs & Grate it
  • Cooking oil
  • Bay Leaf: 1
  • Cumin seeds: 1Tsp
  • Dry red chilli: 1
  • 2 Large Onions-finely chopped
  • 1-tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Salt to taste 
  • 3 Medium size Tomatoes-finely     chopped
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • 1/2-tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1-tsp Kashmiri red Chili Powder
  • 1-tsp dry Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder 
  • 1/2 Cup water 
  • 1Tsp crushed Kasuri Methi 
  • 2-3 tbsp fresh Coriander leaves-finely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS:

▪︎Heat 3 tbsp Cooking Oil in a Pan. Add Cumin Seeds in Oil and let it splutter. Now add Bay leaf and dry chillie. And Fry it.



▪︎Now add chopped Onions and fry on medium-high heat. Fry until Onions become soft.

▪︎After 5 mins Onions become soft. Now add Ginger-Garlic paste and fry for couple of mins. Fry until we get rid of raw flavor and aroma of Ginger-Garlic paste.

▪︎We have cooked Ginger-Garlic paste for 2 mins on medium heat. Now add chopped Tomatoes and mix well.



▪︎ Add green chillies and mix it well.

▪︎Now add dry Spices-Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder. Add dry Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder and mix it well and cook for 30 seconds .

▪︎add half glass water for cook tomatoes.

▪︎Now cover the pan and cook tomatoes on reduced heat.

▪︎Tomatoes become soft in 5 mins. Now add crushed Kasuri Methi  and mix it well.

▪︎We have used only basic spices in this recipe. 

▪︎Now, we will grate boiled eggs and add to the gravy. Grate with medium sized holes.

▪︎Mix the grated eggs. 

▪︎ Cook for 30 seconds.

▪︎Now add chopped Coriander leaves and mix. Remove from heat.
