How to make poori gassi||poori gravy recipe.


1.Boiled Potato- 1/2 K.G
2.Oil3.Mustard seeds- 1Tsp4.Bengal Gram- 1Tsp5.Asafoetida- 1/2 Tsp
6.Red dry chillies-2 to 3
7.Green Chillies-
8.Onion- 1 Large size
9.Curry Leaves
10.Salt to taste
11.Turmeric Powder- 1/2 Tsp
12.Gram Flour - 1/2 Cup
13.Water
14.Amchoor Powder- 1 Tsp







Methods:

1.Firstly cook the potatoes
,peel and chop.Mashe the boiled potatoes keep it aside.


2.Heat oil and add Musterd seeds,Bengal gram,black gram,Asafoetida, red  dry chillies and green chillies.

3.Fey until bengal gram becomes golden brown.

4.Add chopped onion and curry leaves.Saute well..Fry until onion turn transparent.

5.Add a salt to taste.Turmaric powder and mix well.

6.Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame.Keep stirring it.

7.Take 1/2 cup Gram flour & add 1.5 cup water mix well & add into the mixture.

8.Now add 2 cup water and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on medium flame.

9.Add mashed potatoes to it and saute well.Close the lid & cook for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame.


10.Add Amchoor powder & cook for a minutes.

11.Cooked well


11.Turn off the flame.
