Ingredients:
Maida Flour- 150 grams (1.5 cups)
For Stuffing:
1.Jeera -1Tsp
2.Garlic- 9 to 10 cloves chopped
3.Ginger- 1/2 inch grated
4.Onions - 1 Cup chopped
5.cabbage- 100 Grams( 1 cup chopped)
6.Carrot- 100 Grams(1/2 cup chopped)
7.Beans- 100 grams (1/2 cup copped)
8.Green Chillies- 1 finely chopped
9.Salt to taste
10. Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
11.Red chilli powder - 1/4 Tsp
12.Soya Sauce- 2 Tsp
13.White Vinegar- 1 Tsp
14.Paneer - 100 Grams (1/2 cup into small pieces)
15.Oil - for frying spring rolls and prepare maida dough.
Method:
In a bowl add Maida for making spring rolls.Take Maida and add salt and oil in the flour.Mix all ingredients and the with help of lukewarm water knead soft dough.
Cover and keep the dough aside for 10 to 15 minutes for that it gets fermented.
Meanwhile Prepare Stuffing:
Heat a 2 tsp of oil in a pan add jeera,garlic and ginger.Saute for 1/2 minute.
Now add the onion,cabbage, carrot beans,green chillies and salt to taste and saute for few minutes.
Now add black pepper, Red chilli power soya sauce,vinegar and finally add paneer and mix everything very well.
Stuffing is ready to prepare roll.
Now will make sheets:
Make small balls from dough.Dust the balls with dry flour roll thinly with 7 to 8 inches diameter. Roll it thinly from corners instead of center.
Placed the rolled poories in separate plate.
Roll another poori with same size.
We have to roll both the poories altogether.
Take one poori and spread 1/2 tsp oil on this poori.
Place the another poori on top of it.Press with hands gently.Now roll them again from corners.
Roast it now.
Place the rolled poori on the preheated pan.
Roast on low flame from both sides.
Like wise prepare all wrappers.
Now stuff the rolls.
For sticking sheets we require little amount of batter of Maida.
Take one Tablespoon maida and add little amount of water into it.Dissolve it nicely.
Now we will make spring rolls.
A.Separate the Roties.
B. Then, top up the sheets with 2 Tsp stuffing,vertically.Fold the wrapper from four side with the help of Maida batter.
C.Keep this roll aside over a plate and likewise prepare the rest.
D.To shallow fry heat 2 Table spoon oil on a pan and slides 2 spring rolls to it.
E.Fry till brown and crispy from all sides.
F.Drain out the Fried spring rolls on kitchen paper towels to remove excess oil and similarly fry the rest as well.
Serve the Spring Rolls along with your favourite sauce👍
