Fish Patties

Ingredients

500 grams boneless fish, cut into pieces.
4-5 large potatoes,boiled,peeled and grated
To taste pepper powder
To taste lime juice
1 teaspoon turmeric powder 
1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste
1 teaspoon Coriander powder
4-5 Green chillies finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 Egg
1 small cup bread crumbs
Oil for shallow fry




Fish

Potatoes 

Lime Juice

Turmeric Powder

Coriander Powder

Ginger Garlic Paste

Green Chillies 
Salt


Bread Crumbs


Eggs
                              Cooking oil


Directions:

1..Take a bowl add fish,boiled grated potatoes , Pepper powder, Lime juice,turmeric powder ,Ginger Garlic  paste,coriander powder ,Green chillies and add salt  and mash it well.

2.Make into small balls 

3.In another bowl beat egg ,in a plate take bread crumbs ,now  small balls dip  into the egg mixture  then roll into bread crumbs and give a patties shape .

4.Now heat some oil on a tawa.Place the patties on it and shallow fry till golden brown colour from both the sides. 


Serve hot Patties with your favourite sauce.
