Egg Curry|Egg gravy recipe|popular egg recipe|shetty'spassion



In this blog we will see how to  make egg
Gravy in Hindi.This gravy is a combination for rice ,chapathi and roti.

Ingredients:

• 6 Eggs,boiled
• 1 Bay leaf
• 1 Tsp Cumin seeds
• 2 Green chillies 
• 4 Onions,finely chopped
• Salt to taste
• 3 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
• 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
• 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
• 1Tsp Cumin Powder
• 1Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
• 1/2  Tsp Pepper Powder
• 1/2 Tsp Amchoor Powder
• 4 Tomatoes pureed 
• Finely Chopped Coriander
•oil
•Kasuri Methi


Method:

1. Heat a Kadai and add oil in it.Now   add bay leaf, cumin seeds ,Green chillies and Onions and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame.


2. Add Ginger garlic paste and mix it well.

3.Now add the masala: Red chilli powder,Cumin powder,Turmeric powder,Coriander powder,Pepper powder,Amchoor powder  and saute for a minute.









4.Now add the Tomatoe puree ,Kasuri Methi and add salt as required, cook till tomatoes get smooth.


5.Now add 1 cup water and close the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes under medium  flame.

6.Now add boiled eggs  and again add sufficient water and close it and cook for 8-10 minutes under high flame.

7.Now our Egg Gravy is ready.

8.Switch off the gas  flame and garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve Hot Garnished Egg Gravy with Rice or Chapati/Roti.
